RIVER CROSSING REPORT

RIVER is NOT passable. River is not crossable due to snow melt. Update will be made tomorrow evening.

RIVER is passable. Expecting the river to rise with the upcoming warm temperatures and melting snow.

RIVER is not passable. Week long rains have saturated the Lost River water shed, more rain expected throughout the weekend.

RIVER is not passable. Spring rains have saturated the Lost River water shed, more rain expected today May 12th and May 13th.

RIVER is Questionable. After heavy rain and ice melt. Crossing the river will be at your own risk.

RIVER is Passable. Several days of showers has filled the river. Looks great for fishing!

RIVER is Questionable. After 11 days of rain and heavy showers Friday afternoon an through the night. Crossing the river will be at your own risk.

RIVER is passable. Light snow on the ground expected to melt asap

RIVER is Passable. Raining today and expecting 2 more days of rain.

RIVER is NOT Passable. On September 11th bridge is closed due to repair. September 12th we are having thunderstorms with heavy rain, river is expected to rise putting a complete hault to bridge repair!! Photo was taken on the 11th before we poured concrete to patch the bridge landing in the foreground of the photo.

RIVER is Not passable. Heavy rain along with snow melt. This is the start of Spring thaw. Driveway is extremly soft in some areas. Lots of mud!

RIVER is Not passable. Heavy rain occured last night, which melted some of the snow pack and filled the river enough to break-up the winter ice pack. Now it's snowing, at this time it looks to be about 6 inches of fresh snow.

RIVER is passable. Although it's on the bridge.

If you make it across expect your vehicles under carriage and starter to freeze making it a yard fixture.

This photo was taken from the Cabin side of the river the morning after Super Storm Sandy. We were on the edge of the heavy Rain fall. Only snow was on the high ridge tops with a few flurries Monday afternoon. All the rain and wind happened Sunday night, loosing power at 9PM., it was restored by 3AM Monday morning. All in all the rain fall amount was no more than a summer storm, we're thankful the upper watershed wasn't hit hard, this was a great relief. We were prepared for the worst making sure all drains and pipes were clear and ready for SANDY!

January 5, 2010 @ 10:00 AM	January 5, 2010 @ 10:00 AM RIVER is NOT CROSSABLE Due to the low temperatures of single digit and with a wind chill of ZERO ice has formed on the bridge. These temperatures cause the river to slush freeze from top to bottom therefore accumulating on all surfaces.
